I had the opportunity to debate the AI pause, six months after it was proposed, with Christian Landgren.

At Microsoft's big event in Stockholm, I had the opportunity to debate the AI pause, six months after it was proposed. I was against the pause, and instead wrote my own letter: Pause AI Doomster Pessimism.

Christian Landgren held the opposing view. He signed the letter, but is not one of the AI doomsters, so I thought we had a pretty good discussion.
